Andrea Vine : PAEDIATRIC SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist and member of Speech Pathology Australia with experience since 2010, working with children and teens in early intervention and disability.
Andrea has lived in Hong Kong, UK, Brisbane & Bundaberg QLD, as well as Sydney and Shellharbour NSW, working in private practice, not for profit and government jobs with children as a speech pathologist.
Andrea lives with her husband and two children in Shellharbour and loves swimming, the beach, walking her dogs 'Beans' and 'Clover Pickles', and eating anything with cheese.
Andrea would like to extend respect to the Wodi Wodi and Dharawal People, Traditional Custodians of Dharawal Country, Elders past and present, and extend that respect to other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People who call Allowrie (Illawarra), home.
Francis Tidball: Administration Support
Francis is Andrea's husband and is proudly supporting Paper Plane Speech Pathology with administration. His role utilizes his strong IT knowledge providing much needed process streamling, data analysis, and software optimization for clinical record keeping and invoicing.
Francis has similiar background to Andrea, growing up overseas in New Zealand, Portugal, Indonesia, China and Hong Kong. Francis has a professional background in management and logistics. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying water sports, hiking and living on Dharawal Land.

- Assessments and intervention for communication and feeding/mealtimes for children 0-18 years
- Speech sound interventions to support your child with speech sound difficulties including Nuffield Approach for treating Childhood Apraxia of Speech
- Language and literacy interventions which are evidence based. AAC trials and modelling to find a robust communication system to support your child's communication. Communication is your child's right and can look different to just talking verbally
- Feeding interventions such as Get Permission Approach and other responsive approaches to your child's goals around food and mealtimes, including oromotor differences or difficulties.

- Support for parents to understand approaches, home activities and collaborative SMART goal setting for clients, together
- Andrea is there to support your child's goals as they grow, recognising and working with unique differences in development, and presuming competence
- Approaches which build connection and learning through play, sensitive to children's needs, supportive and responsive to children and their families
